The unyielding stress of our day to day lives as become a huge challenge for our nervous systems, leaving our bodies on the edge of the fight/fligh/freeze response on a daily basis. Luckily our bodies have inbuild mechanism we can unlock, to bring us back into balance. Each of us can learn to access those, once we know how to communicate with our bodies.
I offer small groups, in which we'll sensitise ourselves to the language of the body, learn to communicate with it via it's biofeedback mechnism, and find some simple 'go to' techniques for any stresssful situation.
